ICE/CATS –
Integrated Communications Engineered/Call Accounting Telephone System
(ICE/CATS) is a totally functional system designed to account for all
telephone calls and charges made through the PBX system. This system is a
Windows based program and is fully compatible with most telephone systems,
and it interfaces with the LTS Property Management System and several other
manufacturers.
ICE/CATS call accounting system eliminates many functions that normally take
place at the front desk. This system allows housekeepers to relay the status
of a room through the guest room telephone. Not only is this an added
feature for housekeeping, but this also allows guest to expedite checkout,
as well as purchase any sundries directly from the room.
Our newest ICE/CATS call accounting feature is Video Juke Box! This feature
allows hotel guest in over seas lodging to pay a flat rate of $6.95 a day
