UEI has just recently started several training and certification programs for those who are seeking to obtain a certification or focused training in a particular area. UEI’s certification courses are designed for those who already have a firm foundation of fundamental skills need to complete the course requirements. Our certification courses are perfect for graduates with a IT degree, companies that would like to certify their staff, or anyone looking to make themselves more marketable to an employer.
We also offer introductory level courses for those who may want to brush up on their skills or for those who would just like to learn basic fundamentals.

Catch The L.I.T.E

 It is our pleasure to announce the annual Catch the Lodging Information Technical Expo (L.I.T.E.) selected for August 21st-23rd, 2006. As usual, we have chosen the Double Tree Hotel in downtown Nashville for guest lodging. The positive feedback we received from you each year regarding the location is the reason we continue to use the downtown Double Tree Hotel.  It is the ideal location for all the conveniences to the restaurants, stores and local attraction, all within walking distance.

  We are pleased to offer this year a new direction on the class focus, as everyone knows there has been much talk about the internet for lodging guest application.  With so many options available for internet use, we have decided to make this our main focus for education during this seminar session.  As lodging managers and users in both the professional and private arena, it is important to know the, WHY, WHAT, WHERE, WHEN, and HOW to make use of the available technological options.

  Our title for this L.I.T.E session 2006 is HIGH SPEED INTERNET + TELEPHONE SYSTEMS AND HOW IT WORKS FOR YOU.   There will still be discussion and sessions on general maintenance and overall care of your ICE/CATS and PBX, as well as the hands on applications for PBX systems.

 We are excited to announce a new training site for 2006. UEI will host the classes this year in our very own training center!!!!We will provide daily accommodations each day of the seminar to have all attendees picked up from the Double Tree Hotel and transported to our facility location.

As always, our staff is enthusiastically preparing for this project. We look forward to your attendance and feel confident you will be empowered with new applicable skills in all areas of training covered in this seminar.
